Who we are
ArabiCasino is run by a small, independent editorial team that has reviewed online casinos for Arabic-speaking players since 2019. We are not a casino, we do not take deposits or bets, and no operator owns any part of the site. The two editors whose names appear on every page, Khaled M. and Hassan K., write and fact-check each other's work.
We started because most Arabic casino guides were translated English pages with a bonus table. They did not tell you that a Kuwaiti bank card would be declined, that "Arabic support" often meant a landing page and nothing else, or that the legal position in the UAE had changed. We cover the Gulf specifically, in Arabic and in English, and we state the law on each country page.
What we check before a casino is listed
Every casino on this site has been through the same process. We register an account, not a test account supplied by the operator, and we work through the site the way a player from the Gulf would.
- Acceptance. Does the casino accept registrations from the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman? We read the terms, not the marketing, and we note where a brand excludes a country.
- Arabic. Is the site actually in Arabic, or only the homepage? Is live chat available in Arabic, and at what hours? We test support with real questions about withdrawals.
- Payments. Which deposit and withdrawal methods work from each country, in which currencies, with what limits and fees. Domestic rails such as KNET or BenefitPay do not reach offshore casinos, and we say so instead of listing them.
- Live tables. Which live-dealer provider the casino uses, whether it carries Arabic-language roulette and blackjack tables, and when they run.
- Reputation. The licence, how long the operator has been trading, and the complaint record on independent dispute sites. A brand with unresolved payout complaints is either listed with a warning or not listed at all.
Facts such as bonus size, wagering requirements, withdrawal times and limits are checked against the operator's own pages before publication and rechecked when a page is updated. If we cannot confirm a figure, the page says "not confirmed" rather than guessing.
How the rankings work
Each casino gets a rating out of 5 for trust, games, bonus and support, and an overall score. The order of a list is set by those ratings and by how well the brand fits the country the list is for: a casino that accepts UAE players and holds accounts in dirhams will rank higher on the UAE page than a brand that does not, even if its bonus is bigger.
Ratings are editorial. They are set by the editor who tested the casino and checked by the second editor. No operator sees a review before it goes live, and no operator can pay to change a score or a position.
How we are funded
Some of the casinos listed here pay us a commission when a reader opens an account through one of our links. Those links go through our /go/ redirect and are marked as sponsored. This is how the site pays for itself; there are no subscriptions and no paid placements.
Commissions do not affect ratings or the order of our lists. We list casinos that pay us nothing, and we have removed casinos that did pay us when their withdrawal record got worse. The affiliate disclosure explains the arrangement in full.
Age and responsibility
This site is for readers aged 18 and over (21 in the UAE). Gambling by individuals is prohibited or restricted in every Gulf state, and we never tell you otherwise: each country page cites the relevant article of the penal code, and UAE pages separate GCGRA-licensed operators from offshore sites.
