What this site is
ArabiCasino is a static website. There are no user accounts, no login, no comment system, no newsletter and no contact form. You cannot deposit money, place a bet or enter card details anywhere on this site, and we never ask you to. The only personal data we could receive from you directly is whatever you choose to put in an email to us.
This policy explains the small amount of data that is collected automatically when you browse, why it is collected, who else sees it and how to stop it. It applies to arabicasino.com in English and Arabic. It does not apply to any casino, payment provider or other site you reach through our links; each of those has its own policy.
Analytics cookies
We use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics. Analytics sets cookies in your browser so that it can tell one visit from another and count how many people read each page, which country they are in, which device and browser they use, which page they arrived from and which pages they read next. We use those reports to see which pages are useful and which need work.
Google processes this data on its own servers under its own privacy terms, and Google may combine it with other data it holds if you are signed in to a Google account. We have turned on IP anonymisation where Analytics offers it and we do not use the data for advertising audiences or remarketing. We do not show advertisements on this site.
No other tracking, advertising or social-media scripts run on our pages.
The /go/ click log
Links to casinos go through a redirect on our own server at /go/. When you click one, the server writes a single line to a log before sending you on. That line contains:
- the date and time of the click;
- the slug of the link you clicked, for example the casino's name;
- the path of the page on our site you clicked from;
- your country, at country level only, derived from the connection;
- the class of device, meaning phone, tablet or desktop.
The log does not store your IP address, your name, a cookie identifier or anything else that identifies you. Its purpose is to count how many readers a page sends to each casino so that we can see which pages are read to the end and check the figures an affiliate programme reports to us. Lines are kept for a limited period and then deleted in bulk; nothing in them can be tied back to a person.
If you write to contact@arabicasino.com, we keep your message and our reply for as long as we need them to deal with what you wrote about, which for a complaint about a casino can be some time, because repeated complaints affect a casino's rating. We do not add your address to any list and we do not share it. Please do not send passwords, card numbers or copies of identity documents; we do not need them and will delete any that arrive.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or trade any data about visitors, and we have nothing worth selling: we do not hold names, addresses or account histories. We do not share data with casinos or affiliate programmes beyond the anonymous click counts described above. Where a programme uses its own tracking parameter on the destination link, that tracking happens on the casino's site under its policy, not ours.
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 (21 in the UAE). The site is not intended for them and its content is not written for them.
How to opt out
Browser settings. Every modern browser lets you block or delete cookies, either for all sites or for named ones, and lets you browse in a private window that discards cookies when you close it. Blocking cookies does not break this site; every page works without them.
Google's opt-out. Google publishes a browser add-on that stops Google Analytics from receiving data from any site you visit, and your Google account's activity controls let you limit how Google uses data from partner sites. Both are available from Google's own privacy pages.
Content blockers. An extension that stops Google Tag Manager from loading stops Analytics on this site too; nothing else depends on it.
There is nothing to opt out of in the /go/ log, because it holds nothing that identifies you. If you would rather not appear in the count at all, copy the casino's address from the review and type it into your browser instead of clicking the button.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what data an organisation holds about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to its use. Because we hold no identifiable data about visitors there is normally nothing to find, but you can ask at any time. Requests about data held by Google go to Google; requests about data held by a casino go to that casino.
Changes to this policy
When we change what the site collects, we change this page and update the date at the top. We do not announce changes elsewhere, so check the date.
