Oshi Casino has been around since 2015 and is one of the few crypto-friendly international casinos that bothered to build an Arabic version of its site and a separate welcome package for Gulf players. That package, advertised at up to $8,888 plus 600 free spins, is the reason it turns up on every Arabic toplist. What the toplists tend to leave out is that Oshi's live chat does not speak Arabic, its accounts cannot be held in dirhams or dinars, and its Trustpilot score is 2.2 out of 5. It is a usable casino for players in the UAE and the rest of the Gulf; it is not the Arabic-first operator its bonus banner implies.
Overview
Oshi is operated by Novatrix S.R.L., a Costa Rican company that succeeded Dama N.V. after that entity restructured, and the same operator runs Playfina, Winz.io, Bitkingz, Spin Samurai and Wild Tornado. It holds an Anjouan licence (ALSI-202508056-FI2) and Tobique Gaming Commission licence No. 0000002. Older reviews still cite Dama N.V. and Curaçao; those are out of date. Oshi is not part of the YYY group and runs its own affiliate programme.
On Gulf acceptance, the evidence is indirect but consistent. Casino Guru's restricted list names only South Carolina. The Arabic site carries a GCC-specific bonus, and a search listing for it names Kuwait, Qatar, the UAE, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia as the countries that receive the enhanced package. Oman is not mentioned anywhere, so we mark it as not confirmed. What we could not do is read Oshi's own terms, because every terms URL we tried on oshi.io returned a 404; the restricted-country clause is therefore second-hand.
The reputation picture is split in a way that deserves a plain summary. Casino Guru rates Oshi 8.0 High and AskGamblers 8.9/10 with a Certificate of Trust, based on 49 and 47 handled complaints respectively. Trustpilot, where the reviews are unfiltered, scores it 2.2/5 "Poor" from 108 reviews, with withdrawal delays, frozen accounts, bonuses not honoured and geo-restricted games as the recurring themes, and the company has not replied to the negative ones. Our reading is that Oshi pays, but not always quickly and not always without an argument.
Bonus and terms
There are two headline offers, and which one you see depends on the language you open the site in. The English homepage advertises up to $4,000 (or euros) plus 200 free spins. The Arabic version advertises up to $8,888 plus 600 free spins, described as a GCC package. We read both on oshi.io on 4 September 2026, so the figures are verified as advertised.

The gap in that table matters. Oshi's bonus-terms page returned a 404, and the only wagering figure in circulation is AskGamblers' 40x within 7 days, which describes an older 100% up to €1,000 offer and may not apply to the current package. A seven-day window on a package this size would be very hard to clear, so before you opt in, open the terms in the cashier and read the wagering multiple and the expiry. This is Oshi's strongest section. Casino Guru counts 133 game studios and AskGamblers 120-plus, which puts it among the largest libraries available to Arabic-speaking players. The live casino draws on Evolution, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play Live and Playtech: roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and the Evolution game shows. Having four live studios rather than one means there is usually a low-limit table open at Gulf evening hours, when the European Evolution tables are at their busiest; Ezugi and Pragmatic Play Live tend to carry the $1 roulette and blackjack seats. There is no sportsbook, and that is worth weighing. Most casinos that market to Arab players bundle football betting under the same wallet, and many Gulf players use the casino as a side product. Payments and currencies
Accounts are held in EUR, USD or crypto. Oshi's own FAQ lists EUR, USD, AUD, CAD, NZD, NOK, PLN, ZAR, INR, RUB, CNY, BRL and ten coins including USDT, BTC, ETH and BNB. There is no AED, QAR, KWD, BHD or OMR wallet, so a card deposit from the Gulf is converted by your bank and you carry the spread both ways.
Methods we can confirm from Casino Guru and AskGamblers:
- Cards. Visa and Mastercard. Gulf banks often decline gambling merchant codes; a refusal is the bank's decision, not the casino's.
- E-wallets. Skrill and Neteller, the fastest fiat route out.
- Vouchers. Paysafecard for deposits only.
- Google Pay and bank transfer.
- Crypto. USDT, BTC, ETH and others. This is the rail Oshi is built around, and the one that avoids currency conversion.
Jeton, MiFinity, AstroPay and Sticpay are not confirmed at Oshi; the methods shown in the cashier depend on the country you register from. Deposit fees are covered by the casino; withdrawal fees follow the provider. KNET, BenefitPay, Thawani and QPay cannot pay an offshore casino, whatever a toplist says.

Withdrawals
Oshi quotes 0 to 1 hour for e-wallets and crypto once the account is verified, and 1 to 5 days for cards and bank transfers. The minimum is €20. Limits are €4,000 per day, €8,000 per week and €30,000 per month, which are reasonable for a mid-sized casino.
The Trustpilot complaints are almost all about this section: withdrawals that sit for days, accounts frozen at verification, and bonuses that were not honoured when the player asked to cash out. The pattern is common to crypto casinos that rely on automated risk checks, and the practical defence is the same everywhere: upload ID, proof of address and proof of payment method before you deposit anything significant, and avoid the bonus if you plan to play live tables, where the wagering contribution is usually tiny.
Two further habits reduce friction at Oshi specifically. Withdraw by the same method you deposited with, because a deposit by card and a withdrawal request to a crypto wallet is the combination that most often triggers a manual review. And keep withdrawal requests inside the daily and weekly caps rather than submitting one large request that the system will split and re-queue. Mobile and app
There is no native app for iOS or Android. The mobile site is responsive and runs the full lobby and live tables in Safari and Chrome. The interface is available in Arabic and the Arabic pages are real pages, not a machine layer: the GCC bonus banner and lobby copy are written in Arabic. Support is a different matter. Casino Guru and AskGamblers both list live chat in English, German and Russian, with no Arabic, and we found nothing on the site to contradict them. Is it good for players in the Gulf

Verdict
Oshi is a large, crypto-native casino that has made a visible effort for Gulf players: an Arabic interface, a Gulf-specific package and payouts that are genuinely fast when they go through. Its weaknesses are the ones that bite when something goes wrong: no Arabic support agent, no published wagering on the bonus we could find, and a poor unfiltered review record. It suits a player who is comfortable in English, deposits in USDT and treats the bonus as optional. It does not suit a first-time player who wants to be talked through a problem in Arabic.
