Bank transfer is on the cashier list at sixteen of the casinos we track, and at every one it is the slowest way to move money. Royals Casino quotes up to 8 business days; Betfinal and 22Bet quote 1 to 7 days; Haz Casino pays banks within 4 business days, and only after sitting on the request for 48 to 96 hours. The same operators clear an e-wallet in under an hour. The bank rail is the fallback, not the choice.
What a casino bank transfer actually is
It is not the transfer you use every day. KNET in Kuwait, BenefitPay and Fawri in Bahrain, Thawani Pay and OmanNet in Oman, QPay and Fawran in Qatar, and Payit, e& money and Careem Pay in the UAE are domestic clearing systems. They settle with merchants inside their own country's banking network, and an offshore casino cannot become one. Nor can a push from a QNB, NBK, Bank Muscat or Emirates NBD app.
What the cashier means is an international wire: money sent to a company account held by the operator's payment agent, usually in Europe, through the correspondent banking chain. 888 Casino Arabic names its agent openly, JD Just Tech Limited in Cyprus, and that is the name your statement carries rather than the casino's.
Three things follow. It takes business days, because correspondent banks work business days. It costs more than one fee, because more than one bank handles it. And it is visible, because a wire carries your name and the beneficiary's from end to end.
What the sending bank sees
A declined card is instant and quiet: the bank refuses the gambling merchant code, nothing moves, and the matter is closed in a second. A wire is the opposite. It is accepted at the counter, then examined later. Gulf banks must monitor outward remittances, and a transfer to an unfamiliar company account abroad is the kind that attracts a question. It can be held for documents, returned days later minus fees already taken, or flagged and left on file.
Withdrawals are the more exposed half. A credit arriving from an offshore payment processor is more unusual than a payment going out, and it lands in your salary account. Gambling by individuals is an offence in the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman, and no payment method changes that. Of every rail here, bank transfer is the one that puts the transaction in front of your own bank's compliance desk.
Which casinos accept bank transfer

|---|---|---|---|
| YYY Casino | 0 to 72 hours across methods, no separate bank figure | not published | No weekend cashouts; USD only |
| 888 Casino Arabic | Pending up to 72 hours, no separate bank figure | AED 100 (AED 800 via Inpay) | AED accounts |
| Royals Casino | Up to 8 business days, after 24 hours pending | €20 / AED 100 | The longest window here |
| 22Bet | 1 to 7 days, after a 15 minute to 48 hour review | €10 | No operator fees |
| Haz Casino | Up to 4 business days, after 48 to 96 hours pending | €30 | Trustpilot 1.8 out of 5 |
| Betfinal | 1 to 7 days | $20 | No UAE players; VPN ban |
| Rabona | 3 to 5 days, finance desk Monday to Friday | €10 | €500 a day at entry level |
| VIP Arab Club | 2 to 10 business days for cards and wire | $50 | USD only |
| N1 Bet | 3 to 10 business days (reported) | €20 | Kuwait restricted by its terms |
| Slots Palace | 1 to 5 days | €10 | No fees |
Nomini and Oshi Casino also quote 1 to 5 days, and Playfina 3 to 10, though it restricts all five Gulf states. 1xBet and Betway publish no withdrawal time at all, which on the slowest method is the one figure a reader needs. Casino Farouk quotes 2 to 5 business days, but its domain failed to resolve when we last checked; do not send money there.
The two we would pick sit at the top. YYY Casino accepts players in all five Gulf states, takes bank transfers alongside Jeton, MuchBetter, Skrill, Neteller and crypto, and pays e-wallets in under an hour against a $10,000 daily cap. 888 Casino Arabic is narrower but holds AED, so a dirham wire is not converted twice; minimum AED 100, ceiling AED 100,000 a month.
Depositing step by step
- Check the account currency before you register. YYY, Betfinal and VIP Arab Club hold USD only; 888 Casino Arabic, Royals and Haz hold AED. Most sites will not let you change it later.
- Copy the beneficiary details and the casino's reference exactly. A missing reference is the commonest reason a deposit sits unallocated for days.
- Send from an account in your own name. Third-party transfers are refused at verification, and the money has to be wired back.
- Mind the weekends: YYY, Rabona and Nomini do not process payouts on Saturday or Sunday, so a Gulf Thursday request can wait until Monday.
- Set a deposit limit before you play; the responsible gambling page explains where each site keeps those tools.
Withdrawing by bank transfer
The published bank window is only the last part of the wait, because every casino runs its own review first and the two stack. At Royals Casino a payout is pending up to 24 hours, then takes up to 8 business days by bank, with identity checks that can add 3 days more. At Haz Casino the request is held 48 to 96 hours before a bank payment of up to 4 business days. At 22Bet a review of 15 minutes to 48 hours precedes the 1 to 7 day bank leg. Add your own bank and a fortnight is not unusual.
Casinos pay back to the method you deposited from, which is how most Gulf players land here without choosing to: a prepaid voucher cannot receive money, so the cashier offers a wire. Verify at registration and add a wallet or crypto address that can receive a payout, and the bank rail stops being the default.
Availability from the Gulf
- UAE. Payit, e& money and Careem Pay never reach a casino, so a wire is what remains. USDT through a VARA or ADGM licensed exchange is the clean alternative. Betfinal does not accept UAE players. UAE guide.
- Qatar. QPay, Fawran, Ooredoo Money and QNB or QIB app transfers stop at the border, and Qatari banks decline gambling payments. Vouchers carry the traffic. Qatar guide.
- Kuwait. KNET is domestic only and crypto is prohibited by the Central Bank. Vouchers, MuchBetter and paysafecard are the realistic rails. Kuwait guide.
- Bahrain. BenefitPay and Fawri stop at the border. USDT through a CBB-licensed exchange leaves the wire chain out of it. Bahrain guide.
- Oman. Thawani Pay and OmanNet are domestic; a wire works in principle and slowly in practice. USDT is the realistic rail. Oman guide.
Bank transfer is on no Gulf country's realistic-rails list on this site, and slowness is only half the reason. Gambling by individuals is an offence in all five states, and a wire is the version of the transaction your bank keeps.
Fees and currency conversion
Casino-side fees are rare here: 22Bet states no operator fees and Slots Palace says the same. The cost sits with the banks. Your own charges an outward remittance fee; correspondent banks can deduct from the amount in transit, so what arrives is sometimes less than what you sent; and some Gulf banks charge to receive a foreign credit. Currency conversion sits on top whenever your account currency is not the casino's.
Because the dirham, riyals and dinars are pegged to the dollar there is no rate risk, only a margin, charged on the way in and again on the way out. The clean version is a dirham account at 888 Casino Arabic, Royals or Haz funded from a dirham bank account; the AED page sets out what a USD account costs a UAE player.
Alternatives
Almost anything is faster. AstroPay and Jeton sell prepaid codes a casino redeems in seconds, and both run wallets that can receive a payout. MuchBetter is the app wallet accepted at YYY, 888 Casino Arabic and Royals. USDT and crypto is the fastest rail where it is lawful to hold. Visa and Mastercard work when the issuing bank allows the gambling merchant code, which Gulf banks mostly do not, and Skrill and Neteller depend on your country. Every rail is compared on the payment methods hub.
