The same company runs Tusk Casino. Casino Guru dates the brand to 2018, and the main domain now redirects to viparabclub8.com, which is fully operational.
The site opens in Arabic by default with an English toggle, and the design is built around Arabic speakers rather than translated for them: promotions, the cashier and the terms are all in Arabic, and one Casino Guru user review notes that the casino does not serve non-Arab countries at all. The product is broad: a slot lobby the site counts at 18,068 games, live tables from Evolution, Playtech, Lucky Streak and Ezugi, and a sportsbook with its own bonus terms.
The reputation picture is the reason this is a capture review rather than a top pick. Casino Guru gives VIP Arab Club a Safety Index of 5.4, which it labels "Below average", and records two complaints, both rejected, plus 1,757 black points from related casinos. LCB scores it 3.2 out of 5 from 23 votes, praising promotions but flagging poor support and registration restrictions. Wizard of Odds rated it 3.8 out of 5 in December 2023. The Trustpilot profile is unclaimed with no reviews, and AskGamblers has no listing at all, so there is less independent complaint history here than for the bigger Gulf brands. Each stage needs a $20 minimum deposit, the total bonus is capped at $3,000 and no code is required. Wagering is 25x the deposit plus bonus, the maximum win from the bonus is 5x the bonus amount and each stage runs for 14 days. We read these figures on the promotions page of the casino's own site on 4 September 2026, so the bonus is verified as advertised; older review-site figures of $500, $1,000 or €5,000 are out of date.
One inconsistency is worth knowing before you opt in. The general terms state that casino bonuses carry 35x wagering on deposit plus bonus, while the promotions page says 25x. The promotions page is the specific rule for this offer, but if the cashier shows you 35x, screenshot the promotions page and ask chat before you play. The sports bonus is separate and requires seven single bets at odds of 1.70 or higher.
At 25x on deposit plus bonus, a $100 deposit with a $100 bonus needs $5,000 of turnover. The site states that US dollars are its main currency. We found no AED, SAR, QAR, KWD, BHD or OMR account option, so a deposit from a Gulf card or wallet is converted at your provider's rate. Crypto is accepted alongside USD.
Methods reported for Gulf players:

The casino's own terms set the limits but not the processing times. The minimum withdrawal is $50, which is higher than the $10 to $20 typical of Gulf-facing sites. Daily caps depend on your VIP tier: $1,500 per 24 hours at the entry Newbie level rising to $50,000 at Diamond. Weekly caps run from $1,500 to $100,000 and monthly caps from $1,500 to $300,000 on the same ladder. Casino Guru quotes a flat $1,000 a day, $2,500 a week and $10,000 a month, and LCB's older data shows a different tier structure; we go with the operator's terms, and you should read the current tier table in your account before you plan a large withdrawal.
For times, the only figures available are LCB's: crypto instant, e-wallets around 24 hours, cards and wire 2 to 10 business days, with KYC completed within 24 hours. Treat those as indicative, not promised. The catch is the hours: live chat runs from 10:00 to 02:00 UTC+3, which is 11:00 to 03:00 in the UAE and Oman and 10:00 to 02:00 in Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain. Email is promised within 12 hours around the clock. That is workable for most players but it is not the 24/7 chat that YYY and Betfinal offer, and LCB reviewers rate the support poorly, so do not expect fast help with a stuck withdrawal at 04:00.

Verdict
VIP Arab Club does the things Gulf players ask for: Arabic by default, Arabic roulette and blackjack tables it names itself, a 25x package that is fairer than most, crypto and e-wallet rails, and a published licence and limit table. Against that, the support desk closes overnight, the safety score is below average, the $50 minimum withdrawal and $1,500 daily cap for new accounts are restrictive, and there is too little complaint history to say how it behaves under pressure. It is a reasonable second account for players who want Arabic tables, not a first choice.
