VIP Arab Club does something unusual for a Gulf-facing casino: it publishes a full table of withdrawal limits on its own site. What it does not publish is how long a payout takes. So this page has two halves, and they come from different places. The limits are the operator's. The times are a third party's, and they are labelled as such wherever they appear.
What the casino states, and what it does not

Other sources disagree with the limits. Casino Guru quotes a flat $1,000 a day, and LCB's older data shows a different tier structure. We use the casino's own terms, as the full review does, and you should read the tier table inside your account before you plan around any of these numbers.
How the VIP ladder governs your limits
The limits are not one number. They are a ladder tied to your VIP tier, and the tier decides how fast money can leave.
At the bottom sits Newbie, where every new account starts: $1,500 a day. At the top sits Diamond: $50,000 a day. The terms we hold name only those two ends, not the tiers in between or what it takes to climb.
The detail most players miss is in the other two rows. The bottom of the daily range is $1,500, and so is the bottom of the weekly range and the monthly range. If those bottom figures all belong to Newbie, as the ladder implies, then a new account's ceiling is $1,500 in total per week and per month, not $1,500 every day.
Take a $5,000 win at Newbie. Read as a daily cap alone, it leaves in four requests over four days. Read against a $1,500 weekly and monthly cap, the same win takes four months. Those are very different outcomes, and the only way to know which applies to you is to ask. Put the question to live chat in writing: which tier you are on, and what your daily, weekly and monthly caps are. Keep the answer.
It is also why a large win is a poor fit for this casino in its first weeks, and why a small first deposit makes sense.
Methods that can receive money in the Gulf
- Crypto. USDT is the fastest route out, instant by LCB's figures, and it avoids dollar conversion. Legality differs sharply: crypto is licensed in Bahrain and the UAE, tolerated in Oman, hostile in Qatar and banned by the central bank in Kuwait.
- E-wallets. Skrill, Neteller and MuchBetter, about 24 hours by LCB's figures. Skrill and Neteller apply their own country rules, so confirm yours works from your market first.
- Cards and bank transfer. Visa and Mastercard and bank transfer sit at the slow end, 2 to 10 business days by LCB's figures, before your own bank adds its settlement time.
- Not a payout route. Apple Pay and Google Pay are wrappers around a card and hold no balance. AstroPay is on the deposit list, but we have not confirmed it as a withdrawal method here.
Domestic rails, meaning KNET, BenefitPay, Thawani, QPay and OmanNet, settle only with local merchants. They cannot receive from an offshore casino.
Verification, before you need it
Expect to be asked for three documents, and send them the day you register:
- Photo ID. Passport, national ID or Emirates ID, all four corners visible.
- Proof of address. A utility bill or bank statement from the last three months.
- Proof of payment method. A card photo with the middle digits and CVV covered, or an e-wallet screenshot showing your name.
The names must match the account exactly, including the transliteration of Arabic names: a passport reading Mohammed against a Skrill account reading Mohamed is enough to stall a payout. Fix the wallet before you deposit.
Why withdrawals get rejected
- Name mismatch between the account, the ID and the payment method.
- Open verification. One missing document holds the whole request.
- Wagering not complete. With an active bonus, the balance is not yours until 25x deposit plus bonus is played through, and a win above 5x the bonus is removed. The bonus code page works through both.
- Under the minimum. Less than $50 cannot be requested at all.
- Over your tier's cap. Ask support how they want a larger balance split, rather than firing off repeated requests.
Plan requests inside chat hours, 10:00 to 02:00 UTC+3, so a rejection can be fixed the same day.
Realistic expectations
The limits are published and the ladder is generous at the top. The record underneath is thin: a Casino Guru Safety Index of 5.4, "Below average", with two complaints, both rejected, and 1,757 black points from related casinos; 3.2 out of 5 on LCB. There is little evidence either way about how payouts go under pressure.
