Nomini is part of the family that also includes Rabona, Slots Palace and Malina, all marketed through the 7StarsPartners programme and all built on one platform with identical rules pages, payment page layouts and VIP withdrawal ladders. The brands were launched by Araxio Development N.V. and Rabidi N.V. under Curaçao licences. Both companies were declared bankrupt in Curaçao in 2023 and 2024 after European court judgments, and the network moved to an Anjouan licence. AskGamblers now lists the operator as Stellar Ltd under Anjouan licence ALSI-202411077-FI2. Nomini's own footer shows only a copyright line and an 18+ notice, and its terms, dated 19 August 2026, name neither the operator nor the licence, so the licence attribution is second-hand. One Gulf review site also mentions dispute handling under Marshall Islands jurisdiction, which is another sign that the corporate structure has been rearranged. If the licence matters to you, look for the seal in a browser before you deposit.
The Arabic site at nomini.com/ar renders fully in Arabic, including the bonus copy and the live-chat button. That is as far as the Arabic goes on the record: no source confirms Arabic-speaking agents, and no table in the Arabic live lobby carried an Arabic designation when we opened it.
The reputation picture is mixed in the way this platform family usually is. Casino Guru gives Nomini a Safety Index of 8.4, "High", with five direct complaints, 21 on related casinos and no unfair terms flagged. We read the headline amount on nomini.com/en/promotions and the 35x rule in the rules page dated 19 August 2026, so the bonus is verified as advertised. The $20 minimum deposit, 40x free-spin wagering, 10-day deadline and $5 maximum bet come from a Gulf review site rather than the casino, and the promotions page did not show them.
Thirty-five times the deposit plus the bonus is the number to sit with. A €100 deposit with a €100 bonus needs €7,000 of turnover inside ten days, which is the equivalent of 70x the bonus alone. A €500 deposit needs €35,000. Live tables usually count for little or nothing towards it on this platform, so if roulette or blackjack is your game the bonus is close to worthless and you are better off declining it. AskGamblers lists NetEnt, Yggdrasil, iSoftBet and Pragmatic Play among the slot studios, which means Starburst, Dead or Alive 2, Vikings Go Berzerk, Sweet Bonanza and Gates of Olympus are all likely in the lobby. Nomini's own pages do not itemise providers, so check for a specific title before you deposit if it matters. The live casino runs on Evolution and Ezugi. When we opened the Arabic live lobby it showed Evolution tables such as Gold Saloon Roulette and Gravity Blackjack, plus the usual game shows, without any table marked as Arabic-hosted. Evolution's Arabic Roulette may be switched on at some point, but we could not see it, so we list Arabic dealers as not confirmed. The sportsbook is a real product rather than a bolt-on: pre-match and in-play markets across more than 50,000 events, plus virtuals. Payments and currencies
Nomini's terms list EUR, NOK, HUF, PLN, NZD, CAD, USD, CZK, AUD and CHF as account currencies, and AskGamblers adds several others plus Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, XRP, USDT, USDC, DAI and Bitcoin Cash. There is no AED, SAR, QAR, KWD, BHD or OMR wallet, so a Gulf-currency card deposit converts at your bank's rate. Opening the account in USD keeps the conversion to a single step; USDT avoids it altogether.
The cashier is harder to pin down than usual. Nomini's own payments page returned a 404 when we tried it, and the footer shows only Visa, Mastercard and Interac. The list below is assembled from AskGamblers and a Gulf review site, and it is geo-dependent, so expect a shorter menu from some locations.
- Cards. Visa and Mastercard. Gulf banks often decline gambling merchant codes; a refusal is the bank's decision, not the casino's.
- E-wallets. Skrill and Neteller, plus MiFinity and Jeton per the Gulf review site.
- Vouchers and prepaid. Paysafecard per AskGamblers; CashtoCode and FunID per the Gulf site.
- Apple Pay. Apple Pay is reported, but only with a card from a bank that lets gambling transactions through, which rules out most Gulf-issued cards.
- Crypto. USDT and the other coins above.
- Bank transfer. Slowest, and the least likely to clear from a Gulf bank.
AstroPay, Sticpay and MuchBetter were not on any list we could find, which matters for Qatar and Kuwait, where vouchers and MuchBetter are the usual fallback when cards fail. KNET, BenefitPay, Thawani, QPay, OmanNet and STC Pay never reach an offshore merchant, whatever an affiliate page says.
Withdrawals
This is where the platform family loses its points, and Nomini is no exception. The terms allow up to three business days for a request to be processed, by a finance desk that works Monday to Friday between 06:00 and 17:00 GMT. A request placed on a Gulf Thursday evening may not be looked at until the following Monday. Once approved, AskGamblers puts e-wallets at 24 to 72 hours and cards or bank transfers at one to five days. There are no weekend payouts. The minimum withdrawal is not stated in the terms we read; a Gulf review site says $10.
The caps are the real constraint. Every new account starts at VIP level 1, where you can withdraw €500 a day and €7,000 a month. Level 5 raises that to €1,500 a day and €20,000 a month. You can have at most three withdrawals pending at once, and the terms require a minimum of €20 in wagering each month before a withdrawal is allowed. A €5,000 win therefore takes ten business days to leave the account at the entry level, and the Trustpilot record suggests that pending requests are sometimes cancelled along the way.
The practical advice is the same as for Rabona: verify your identity on the day you register, withdraw to the method you deposited with, keep a record of every request and every chat transcript, and prefer crypto, which players report as the smoothest route out.
Mobile and app
Nomini has no app. Its own site shows no store links, and a Gulf review site describes it as an HTML5 site with no dedicated mobile app, which matches what we saw. The mobile site runs the casino, the Evolution and Ezugi tables and the sportsbook in Safari and Chrome with nothing missing, and the Arabic version works the same way on a phone. The site is available in Arabic and the translation is competent rather than machine output. Live chat and email run around the clock per a Gulf review site; Nomini itself makes no statement about hours or languages. Arabic-speaking agents are claimed by one affiliate and by nobody else, so we list Arabic support as not confirmed. Trustpilot reviewers describe scripted responses, particularly on withdrawal queries, which matches our experience of this platform family. Nomini is a competent casino and sportsbook with an Arabic interface and a welcome bonus we verified on the site, and its Casino Guru score is the best in its platform family. The problems are structural and shared with Rabona and Slots Palace: 35x on deposit plus bonus, a €500 daily cap for new players, weekday-only processing, no Gulf currencies, no confirmed Gulf acceptance, an Anjouan licence taken up after the previous operator's bankruptcy, and a Trustpilot record that describes exactly the withdrawal frustrations those rules produce. If you use it, keep balances small, verify early and withdraw by crypto.
