Rabona launched in 2019 as a sportsbook with a casino attached, and that is still the right way to read it: the homepage leads with football, tennis, basketball and live betting, and the casino sits alongside. It has an Arabic interface, a €500 welcome bonus with 200 free spins, a crypto package worth up to 3,000 USDT and Evolution live tables, which is enough to put it on the radar of Kuwait players and UAE players. What keeps it out of our top tier is a withdrawal ladder that caps new accounts at €500 a day, a finance desk that does not work weekends, and one of the worst Trustpilot records among the casinos we cover.
Overview
Rabona is one of a family of casinos built on the same platform as Nomini, Malina and Slots Palace. It launched under Araxio Development N.V. with a Curaçao licence, but that company and its sister entity Rabidi N.V. were declared bankrupt in Curaçao in 2023 and 2024 after European court judgments, and the network moved to an Anjouan licence. Review sites now list the operator as Stellar Ltd under Anjouan licence ALSI-202411077-FI2, though some name NovaForge Ltd instead, and AskGamblers also lists a PAGCOR licence. Rabona's own footer renders the licence text in the browser only, so we could not read it directly. If the licence matters to you, check the footer seal yourself before you deposit.
Rabona shares its platform, terms, payment page layout and VIP withdrawal ladder with Nomini and Slots Palace, both reviewed on this site, and all three are marketed through the same 7StarsPartners programme. The bonus and withdrawal rules below apply almost word for word across the family, so if you already hold an account at one of them, expect the same treatment here. Being a sister site also means a dispute at one brand can follow you to the others.
The Arabic site at rabona.com/ar renders fully in Arabic, including bonus copy. Arabic live chat is reported by three Gulf review sites but not stated by the casino, so we count it as reported rather than confirmed. The product itself is solid: a slot lobby from NetEnt, Microgaming, Quickspin, Playson, Yggdrasil and Endorphina, live tables from Evolution and Ezugi, and a sportsbook that is the main event.
The reputation split is wide. Casino Guru gives Rabona a Safety Index of 8.0, "High", with 6,615 black points from related casinos. AskGamblers scores it 3.6 out of 10 across 31 reviews and 89 complaints, of which 80 of 84 assessed were resolved, with an average dispute of $1,785. Trustpilot sits at 2.4 out of 5 from 1,792 reviews, and the themes repeat: withdrawals pending for weeks then cancelled, stake limits imposed after a win, scripted support and ignored self-exclusion requests. We weight the two player-facing sources more heavily than the Casino Guru figure.
Bonus and terms
| Offer | Amount | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Casino welcome | 100% up to €500 + 200 free spins | No code |
| Live casino welcome | 100% up to €250 | First deposit, separate opt-in |
| Crypto casino | 200% up to 3,000 USDT | Crypto deposits only |
| Sport | 100% up to €100 | Crypto version: 100% up to 200 USDT |
We read these amounts on Rabona's own promotions page on 4 September 2026, so the bonus is verified as advertised. The conditions are not shown on the pages we could open; Gulf review sites put wagering at 35x the deposit plus bonus, free-spin winnings at 40x, the minimum deposit at €20 and the time limit at 10 days. One affiliate advertises a "$2,000" bonus with the code AB2000, which is an affiliate-specific variant rather than the standard offer.
Thirty-five times on deposit plus bonus is heavier than it sounds. A €100 deposit with a €100 bonus needs €7,000 of turnover, which is the same as 70x the bonus alone. That is the norm for this platform family and it is a worse deal than YYY's 40x on the bonus only. Live tables count for little or nothing towards it, so if roulette or blackjack is your game, take the live casino offer or no bonus at all. Our welcome bonus guide explains how to compare, and the calculator on this page shows the turnover for your own deposit.
Games and live casino
The slot lobby covers the studios Gulf players search for: NetEnt for Starburst and Dead or Alive 2, Microgaming's back catalogue, Quickspin, Playson, Yggdrasil and Endorphina. Pragmatic Play is not named by AskGamblers, so if Sweet Bonanza and Gates of Olympus are your staples, check the lobby before you deposit. Egyptian-themed titles are covered on our Arabic slots page.
The live casino runs on Evolution and Ezugi, which means Lightning Roulette, Crazy Time, Infinite Blackjack and baccarat from Evolution plus Ezugi's lower-stakes roulette and blackjack. Two Gulf review sites claim dedicated Arabic tables; Rabona itself does not, and we could not confirm them, so we list Arabic dealers as not confirmed. For operators where Arabic dealers are on record, see our live dealer guide, and for what to expect at the tables see the Arabic roulette page.
The sportsbook is the strongest part of the site: pre-match and in-play markets across football, tennis, basketball and horse racing, with the Gulf leagues and the European competitions both covered. Our Arabic betting page compares it with specialist bookmakers.
Payments and currencies
Accounts are held in EUR, USD or crypto. There is no AED, SAR, QAR, KWD, BHD or OMR wallet, and UAE and Kuwait review sites both confirm the absence, so a Gulf-currency deposit converts at your provider's rate. USDT avoids the conversion and unlocks the crypto bonus.
The cashier is geo-dependent. On the EUR view of Rabona's own payments page we saw cards, PlayID, bank transfer, MiFinity and crypto only; the e-wallets below come from UAE review sites and may or may not appear from your location.
- Cards. Visa and Mastercard, €10 to €2,000 per transaction. Gulf banks often decline gambling merchant codes; a refusal is the bank's decision.
- E-wallets. MiFinity (€10 to €2,500) on the brand's own list; Skrill, Neteller, MuchBetter and Payz per UAE reviews.
- Crypto. USDT on ERC20, TRC20, BEP20 and Solana, plus Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, TRX, USDC, BNB, DOGE, SOL and ADA, €10 to €5,000 per transaction.
- Bank transfer. €10 to €5,000, slowest.
AstroPay, Jeton, Sticpay and Paysafecard were not on any list we could see, which matters for Qatar and Kuwait where vouchers are the usual fallback. KNET, BenefitPay, Thawani, QPay and STC Pay never reach an offshore merchant.
Withdrawals
This is where Rabona loses most of its points. Requests are processed within three business days by a finance desk that works Monday to Friday, so a request placed on a Gulf Thursday evening may not be looked at until the following week. Once approved, e-wallets pay within 24 hours and cards or bank transfers take 3 to 5 days. The minimum is €10 and per-transaction maximums are €2,000 by card or PlayID, €2,500 by MiFinity and €5,000 by bank or crypto.
The caps are the real constraint. At VIP level 1, which is where every new account starts, you can withdraw €500 a day and €7,000 a month. Level 5 raises that to €1,500 a day and €20,000 a month. A €5,000 win therefore takes ten days to cash out at the entry level, and the Trustpilot record suggests that pending requests are sometimes cancelled along the way. Verify your account before you need to withdraw, use the same method you deposited with, keep a record of every request, and prefer crypto, which players report as the smoothest route.
Mobile and app
Rabona's own site shows no app links, and UAE review sites describe it as a mobile web site rather than an app. One Arabic review site claims native iOS and Android apps, which conflicts with everything else, so assume browser play until the casino says otherwise. The mobile site runs the casino, the Evolution tables and the sportsbook in Safari and Chrome with nothing missing. If a store app matters to you, see the mobile casinos page.
Support and Arabic
The site is available in Arabic and the Arabic pages are properly translated rather than machine output. Three Gulf review sites report Arabic live chat and email around the clock; Rabona's own pages say nothing about support languages, so we count Arabic chat as reported, not confirmed. Trustpilot reviewers describe the support as scripted, which matches our experience of this platform family: quick answers to bonus questions, slow and repetitive answers on withdrawals.
Is it good for players in the Gulf
- United Arab Emirates. Reported accepted by UAE review sites; account in EUR or USD with AED deposits converted. Cards may be declined by UAE banks; MiFinity, Skrill, Neteller and USDT work. Minimum age 21. Not licensed by the GCGRA. See the UAE guide.
- Qatar. Acceptance not confirmed by any source, though no restricted list names Qatar. Qatari cards are usually declined and crypto is legally hostile; without AstroPay or Jeton on the cashier, MuchBetter funded abroad is the practical option. See the Qatar guide.
- Kuwait. Reported accepted by a Kuwait review site. KNET does not reach offshore merchants and crypto is banned by the Central Bank; foreign-issued cards and MuchBetter are the realistic route. See the Kuwait guide.
- Bahrain. Acceptance not confirmed. Crypto is licensed in Bahrain, so USDT is the cleanest rail if you register. See the Bahrain guide.
- Oman. Acceptance not confirmed. USDT works; Omani bank cards generally do not. See the Oman guide.
Gambling is prohibited for individuals in all five countries. Each guide sets out the specific article and penalty.
Verdict
Rabona is a decent sportsbook with a competent casino attached, an Arabic interface and a fair headline bonus that we could verify on the site. The problems are structural: 35x on deposit plus bonus, a €500 daily cap for new players, weekday-only processing, no Gulf currencies, an Anjouan licence taken up after the previous operator's bankruptcy, and a Trustpilot and AskGamblers record that describes exactly the withdrawal frustrations those rules produce. If you use it, keep balances small, verify early and withdraw by crypto.
For a Gulf-built casino with confirmed Arabic support, a $10,000 daily limit and e-wallet payouts within the hour, our first recommendation is YYY Casino.
