Rabona started in 2019 as a sportsbook with a casino attached, and the login reflects it: one account and one balance cover football, in-play markets, the slot lobby and the Evolution and Ezugi live tables. That is not proof that none exists; it means we cannot vouch for any, and a page calling itself Rabona on another address has to earn your password rather than assume it.
Three checks before you type anything:
- The family resemblance. Rabona shares its platform with Nomini, Slots Palace and Malina, so the sign-in screens look much alike. A familiar layout is not proof you are on the right brand, and a password that "stopped working" is often a password for a sister site.
- The footer. Review sites list the operator as Stellar Ltd under Anjouan licence ALSI-202411077-FI2, and some name NovaForge Ltd instead. Rabona's footer renders its licence text in the browser only, so we could not read it ourselves. Look at the seal on your own screen, and if it names neither company, ask support before you sign in.
- The form. A real sign-in asks for an email or username and a password. A page that also wants a card number, a CVV, your Emirates ID or a small "verification deposit" is not a login page. Close it.
Signing in before kick-off
- Type rabona.com yourself or open a bookmark you made after a successful deposit. Never sign in from an ad, a Telegram tip channel or a WhatsApp link, however good the odds in the message look.
- Tap the log-in control, enter your registered email and password, and complete any confirmation code sent to your inbox.

Resetting a forgotten password
Use the forgot-password link on the sign-in form and enter the email you registered with. Two things go wrong more than anything else. The reset mail lands in spam or is filtered outright by Gulf providers, so check the junk folder before assuming it never sent. And reset links expire, so request a fresh one instead of reusing yesterday's.

- Verification hold. You can deposit and bet before your documents are checked, then hit a wall at a payout request. The account is waiting, not closed.
- Self-exclusion or cooling-off. If you asked for one, it should hold for its full term. Trustpilot reviewers report self-exclusion requests at Rabona being ignored, so make the request in writing and keep the confirmation. - Duplicate registration. One account per person is the industry norm, and a second account is normally closed with any bonus and winnings voided. Rabona's own rules page did not render for us, so do not test it.
- Stake limits after a win. Not a lockout, but bettors notice it first. Trustpilot reviewers report maximum stakes cut after winning. You can still sign in; the bet slip simply accepts less. Support rarely reverses it.

Not published. We found no documented two-factor option for Rabona. Ask support, and enable it if it exists. Meanwhile use a password you have never used anywhere else, and put two-factor authentication on the email account behind it. Whoever controls that inbox controls every reset.
When you are locked out
Do not open a second account. It turns a recoverable problem into a closed one.
Write to support from the email on the account and include your registered email or username, roughly when you signed up, your account currency (EUR, USD or crypto, since Rabona holds no AED or KWD wallet) and your last deposit method and amount. Keep every reply. Arabic live chat is reported by Gulf review sites but not stated by Rabona, so be ready to correspond in English.
If money is involved and support stalls, the escalation path is thinner than it looks. The original Curaçao operator, Araxio Development N.V., was reported bankrupt, and the Anjouan licence now cited comes from review sites rather than from a footer we could read, so confirm the licence holder before you file anything with a regulator.
