Both "accepted" rows come from Gulf review sites rather than the operator. The restricted list AskGamblers publishes — France, Malta, Cyprus, Curaçao, Spain, Bulgaria, the Netherlands, the UK and the US — names no Gulf state, but absence from a third-party list is not permission, and Rabona's own rules page did not render for us. We read these amounts on Rabona's own promotions page on 4 September 2026, so the headline figures are verified as advertised. The conditions are not: wagering of 35x on deposit plus bonus, free-spin winnings at 40x, a €20 minimum deposit and a 10-day window all come from Gulf review sites. Accounts are held in euros, dollars or crypto with no AED, KWD or other Gulf currency, so a dirham or dinar deposit converts at your bank's or wallet's rate; the dirham page covers what that costs.

What 35x on deposit plus bonus actually costs

On the EUR view of Rabona's own payments page we saw Visa and Mastercard, PlayID, bank transfer, MiFinity and crypto including USDT on several networks. Skrill, Neteller, MuchBetter and Payz appear in UAE reviews and may or may not show from your location. AstroPay, Jeton, SticPay and Paysafecard were on no list we could see, which is a real gap: vouchers are the usual fallback in Kuwait, where the Central Bank prohibits crypto and KNET does not reach offshore merchants.

The operator history is the reason to keep balances small whatever you choose. Rabona launched under Araxio Development N.V. with a Curaçao licence; that company and its sister entity Rabidi N.V. were reported bankrupt in Curaçao in 2023 and 2024 after European court judgments, and the network relicensed in Anjouan under ALSI-202411077-FI2, listed against Stellar Ltd — though some sources name NovaForge Ltd and AskGamblers also lists PAGCOR.
