JackpotCity has been online since 1998, which makes it the oldest casino on our list by a decade, and for years it ran a full Arabic version with dirham and riyal wallets that put it on every Gulf affiliate list. The reason it now sits in our capture tier is that we cannot tell you whether that Arabic version still exists. On 4 September 2026 every path on jackpotcitycasino.com, including the home page, returned a geo-block; one Gulf affiliate has delisted the casino; and its owner, Super Group, has stopped naming the Middle East in its results. Add a four-deposit bonus at 50x or 70x and an AskGamblers score of 2.9, and the picture is of a brand that Gulf players still search for but that may no longer be serving them. This review sets out what is on record for UAE players and Qatar players, who are the two audiences the AED and QAR wallets were built for.
Overview
JackpotCity is operated by Baytree Interactive Ltd, a Guernsey company, registration 69691, under Kahnawake licence 00892 and Alderney licence 155 C1 according to Casino Guru; AskGamblers names Bayton Limited and adds Malta, Ontario and Mpumalanga licences whose numbers we could not verify. Both entities belong to Super Group, the New York-listed owner of Betway, which speaks publicly of Europe, the Americas and Africa and does not mention the Middle East on its brand page. Super Group reported declining Middle East revenue in 2025 and folded the region into a "Rest of World" line from early 2026. No Gulf exit has been announced, but nothing suggests commitment either.
The status question is the one that matters. JackpotCity's Arabic pages at /ar/ and /arabic historically existed, are still quoted by Arabic review sites, and AskGamblers still lists Arabic among the casino's 16 languages. When we tried them, and the English home page, every request returned a 403 page stating that the casino is not available in all locations and warning against VPN use. That is a site-wide block for our location rather than proof the Arabic version has been removed. On the other side, a UAE-focused affiliate now marks JackpotCity as no longer listed, which usually means the affiliate's tracking link stopped paying or the casino stopped accepting the market. Until someone on a Gulf connection opens the Arabic page, we treat the Arabic version as not confirmed and the casino's status as uncertain.
The reputation record is mixed in the way long-established casinos often are. Casino Guru gives a Safety Index of 8.1, "High", but with 98 direct complaints and 21,967 black points and user feedback rated "Mixed". AskGamblers scores it 2.9 out of 10, with player complaints about scripted responses and endless withdrawal delays. We found no Trustpilot figure. JackpotCity shares its cashier and owner with Ruby Fortune, Royal Vegas and Spin Casino, none of which we list because their Arabic versions are equally disputed and their records weaker.

The $1,600 figure is the offer this site has shown for years and the one Gulf review sites still carry, most recently in November 2025. Because the casino's own site returned a geo-block, the bonus is not verified as advertised, and the 50x versus 70x conflict is unresolved.
Either number is punishing. At 50x, a $400 first-deposit bonus needs $20,000 of turnover; at 70x it needs $28,000. These are the harshest wagering figures on our list, ahead of N1 Bet's 50x and 22Bet's 50x in seven days, and they assume slots-only play with live tables excluded or counted at a fraction. A player who deposits $400 to claim the first tranche is committing to weeks of high-volume slot play to release it. Our advice is to decline the bonus at the cashier and play unencumbered. JackpotCity was for many years a Microgaming-exclusive casino, and its lobby still leans that way, with Mega Moolah and the rest of the progressive jackpot network as the headline draw. The live casino runs Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live and OnAir Entertainment: Lightning Roulette, Crazy Time and Infinite Blackjack from Evolution, Sweet Bonanza CandyLand from Pragmatic, and OnAir's roulette and blackjack from its Latvian studio. No source states that an Arabic-hosted table is switched on, so Arabic dealers are not confirmed. Casino Guru and AskGamblers both list AED and QAR among the account currencies, alongside USD, EUR, GBP and, per AskGamblers, Bitcoin, USDT, Ethereum, Litecoin and USDC. There is no SAR, KWD, BHD or OMR wallet. The cashier, per Casino Guru and a Gulf review site, is card- and wallet-led:
- Cards. Visa and Mastercard, plus Maestro. Gulf banks often decline gambling merchant codes; a refusal is the bank's decision.

Crypto wallets are listed as account currencies by AskGamblers but no crypto deposit method is named by any source, so we do not list USDT as confirmed. AstroPay, Jeton, Sticpay and MiFinity are absent, which is a gap for Qatar and Kuwait. The minimum deposit is $5. KNET, BenefitPay, Thawani, QPay, OmanNet and STC Pay never reach an offshore merchant.
Withdrawals
No source we trust states a processing time, and the site was unreadable, so withdrawal time is not confirmed. The limits are clearer: a $10 minimum and a daily cap of $10,000 or £10,000, which matches YYY's daily limit and is far above the €500 caps at the Rabona family.
The complaint record is the guide to what happens in practice. AskGamblers' 2.9 rating rests on scripted support responses and endless withdrawal delays; Casino Guru's 98 complaints and 21,967 black points describe the same experience at scale. As a Kahnawake- and Alderney-licensed operator, JackpotCity runs stricter identity checks than the Curaçao brands, which means verification before the first withdrawal is certain. Complete it on registration, withdraw to the method you deposited with, keep transcripts, and expect the first payout to be slow.
Mobile and app
Sources conflict. A UAE review site describes iOS and Android apps; a second says the casino does not advertise an app and is browser-only. JackpotCity historically offered a download casino and later a store app in regulated markets, but we could not confirm a Gulf-available app, so assume browser play. Support and Arabic
With the Arabic site unconfirmed, Arabic support is unconfirmed too. A UAE review site says the casino offers Arabic support; AskGamblers says live chat is English only, around the clock, with email as the alternative. Assume English. AskGamblers' complaint about scripted responses is worth taking seriously: JackpotCity's support has a long-standing reputation for polite, templated replies that do not move a stuck withdrawal. Quote the clause, keep the transcript and escalate in writing.

JackpotCity's case for Gulf players was always the AED and QAR wallets and the Arabic site. The wallets are still on record; the Arabic site is not, the casino's owner has gone quiet on the region, and one Gulf affiliate has already delisted it. Around that uncertainty sit a 50x-to-70x bonus we could not verify, an AskGamblers score of 2.9 and a long record of slow, scripted dispute handling. If you already hold an account and can reach the Arabic pages, the $10,000 daily limit and the Evolution lobby are real. If you do not, there is no reason to start here until the casino's Gulf status is confirmed from a Gulf connection.
