SticPay is a digital wallet operated from the United Kingdom by STIC Financial Ltd. It grew up serving forex brokers and online casinos in Asia, and most of its local deposit options, its reseller network and its merchant base are still there. Gulf-facing casinos have largely skipped it: of the casinos we track, Betfinal is the only one that lists SticPay in a cashier we could read, which is why the ranking above has a single entry. We keep the page because Betfinal is the largest Arabic-facing casino brand by direct traffic and because SticPay's crypto top-up feature makes it interesting to players in the UAE and Bahrain, where holding crypto is lawful.
What SticPay is and how it works
A SticPay account is identified by email and verified with an identity document. You load it by international bank transfer, by card where SticPay supports your issuing country, by one of its local bank options in the countries it serves, or by sending cryptocurrency to a deposit address inside the wallet. To pay a merchant you choose SticPay at the cashier, enter the amount, and log in on the redirect page to confirm. Merchants can pay funds back to the wallet, which is how casino withdrawals work.
SticPay also issues a prepaid card in some regions and offers peer-to-peer transfers between users. Neither is relevant to casino play from the Gulf, and we have not confirmed whether the card is issued to Gulf residents.
Like AstroPay and Jeton, SticPay does not disable gambling merchants by country of residence. The obstacle is loading it, not spending it.
Which casinos accept SticPay
Betfinal. SticPay is listed for deposits and withdrawals alongside Skrill, Neteller, Payz, MuchBetter, Jeton and AstroPay. E-wallet payouts are quoted at 0 to 24 hours, with a $20 minimum, $5,000 per transaction and a $20,000 daily cap. Accounts are held in USD, EUR or GBP, so a USD wallet avoids conversion. Betfinal bans VPN use outright and suspends accounts that break the rule, which matters if your SticPay account is registered to one country and you log in from another. Its complaint record is heavy on drawn-out withdrawals, and the review says so. Betfinal review.
Not listed elsewhere. YYY Casino, 888 Casino Arabic, Royals Casino, Haz Casino, VIP Arab Club, Rabona and 22Bet do not list SticPay. Casino Farouk did, but its domain failed to resolve on our last two checks and we treat it as offline. Third-party pages mention SticPay at Oshi Casino, 1xSlots and BetWinner; none of those claims was verifiable on the brands' own sites, so they are not in the ranking.
For the same casinos with a wallet that is actually listed, use MuchBetter at YYY, 888 and Royals, and Jeton at YYY, Haz and Slots Palace.
Depositing step by step
- Register at SticPay and complete identity verification; an unverified account cannot pay merchants or receive payouts.
- Load the wallet. From the Gulf the workable routes are an international bank transfer or, in the UAE and Bahrain only, a crypto transfer from a licensed exchange. Card top-ups from Gulf banks frequently fail.
- Hold the balance in USD to match Betfinal's account currency.
- At the Betfinal cashier choose SticPay, enter the amount, and confirm on the SticPay login page.
- The casino balance updates within seconds. Set a deposit limit before you play; the responsible gambling page explains the tools Betfinal provides.
Withdrawing with SticPay
Betfinal pays winnings back to the SticPay wallet you deposited from, and only after identity verification is complete. Quoted time is 0 to 24 hours for e-wallets; in practice, Betfinal's complaint history is about withdrawals that stretch well past that, so request early and keep documents ready. Limits are $20 minimum, $5,000 per transaction and $20,000 a day.
Once the money is in SticPay it is available immediately. Moving it on is where the Gulf-specific problem appears: SticPay's cheapest exits are local bank transfers in the Asian countries it serves, and an international wire to a Gulf bank carries a higher fee and takes business days. In the UAE and Bahrain you can withdraw from SticPay to a crypto address at a licensed exchange and sell for local currency there, which is usually faster. In Kuwait that route is prohibited by the Central Bank and in Qatar it carries legal risk, so do not rely on it.
Availability from the Gulf
- UAE. Not in the realistic list. Registration works, but loading by card is unreliable; bank transfer and crypto top-ups do work. AstroPay, Jeton, MuchBetter and USDT are the rails we list. UAE guide.
- Qatar. Not in the realistic list. Qatari cards are usually refused at gambling merchants, crypto sits in a hostile regime, and SticPay has no local option. AstroPay and Jeton vouchers, plus MuchBetter, are what works. Qatar guide.
- Kuwait. Not in the realistic list. KNET cannot reach SticPay, Kuwaiti cards decline gambling codes and crypto is banned, which removes SticPay's best loading route. Vouchers and MuchBetter instead. Kuwait guide.
- Bahrain. Not in the realistic list, but the closest to workable: licensed exchanges make a crypto top-up lawful to execute, and bank transfers usually go through. USDT direct to the casino is simpler. Bahrain guide.
- Oman. Not in the realistic list. Thawani and OmanNet stop at the border; USDT and vouchers are what players use. Oman guide.
Gambling by individuals is an offence in all five countries and SticPay does not change that.
Fees and currency conversion
SticPay charges on most top-up methods, with crypto deposits typically the cheapest and card top-ups the dearest, on currency conversion when the wallet currency differs from the payment currency, and on every transfer out, whether to a bank or a crypto address. Betfinal charges nothing at its end. Because the rates change and vary by route, we do not print them; SticPay's published fee page and the confirmation screen are the reference.
Gulf currencies are pegged to the dollar, so there is no exchange-rate risk, only the spread. Hold the wallet in USD, deposit and withdraw in USD at Betfinal, and convert once at the end when the money leaves SticPay.
Alternatives
AstroPay, Jeton and MuchBetter are all accepted at Betfinal and at far more of the other casinos we list, and all three sit in the realistic rails for every Gulf state. For the fastest payouts where crypto is lawful to hold, see the USDT and crypto page; Betfinal quotes crypto withdrawals as near-instant. Every rail is compared on the payment methods hub.
