Recently, Wynn Resorts and its partners were pleased to announce their partnership with construction giants ALEC Engineering and Bauer International. ALEC and Bauer are to handle the construction of the new casino resort in UAE’s capital city of Ras Al-Khaimah. Wynn aims to launch the casino resort in 2027, as it will be built on the man-made island, Al Marjan. Drawing inspiration from Singapore and US regulations, Ras Al Khaimah is proactively writing gaming laws that will guide the casinos’ business operations.
Bauer International is a German construction company specializing in building strong foundations through cutting-edge technology and research. The company is currently working on the casinos’ foundation, while ALEC will handle the other aspects of the project. Wynn Resorts is a well-established developer of first-class hotels and casinos.
Through the construction of this casino resort, Wynn hopes to bring its outstanding services to the middle east. This resort will have many amenities, including a hotel, shopping mall, spa, restaurant, lounges etc. This ground-breaking casino resort results from Wynn’s collaboration with Marjan Island and RAK Hospitality Holding.
Marjan chief executive engineer Abdulla Abdooli is happy with the company’s vision and the steps they are taking to achieve it. He said, “To fulfill and surpass the expectations of investors and all our stakeholders, we have teamed up with the best-in-class partners for the timely completion of a project that is the largest of its kind in the Emirate’s growing hospitality sector,”
“Well-known for their cross-sector capabilities and expertise in building landmark projects, the appointment of ALEC Engineering and Contracting and Bauer International will ensure the timely completion of the integrated Wynn Resort, which is set to further catalyze Ras Al-Khaimah’s booming tourism market.” He added.
