BetWinner is the brand on the 1xBet platform that comes closest to a Gulf casino on paper: accounts in every Gulf currency, an Arabic interface, Arabic-speaking live chat confirmed by two independent sources, and an Evolution Arabic Roulette table in the live lobby. It is also the casino with the worst player-satisfaction record on our list, by a distance. Trustpilot scores it 1.2 out of 5 from 708 reviews, AskGamblers resolved 2 of the 15 complaints it assessed, and Casino Guru flags three clauses that let the operator confiscate winnings. This review exists because UAE players and Bahrain players search for the brand constantly, not because we think you should play there.
Overview
BetWinner launched in 2018 and is operated by Prevailer B.V. of Willemstad, Curaçao, under Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/341/0759, a new-regime licence issued after Curaçao abolished its master-licence system. Payments are handled by Harbesina Ltd in Cyprus. Casino Guru and AskGamblers agree on the operator and licence. The site shares its platform with 1xBet, 22Bet and 1xSlots, each under a separate registered operator; common ownership through Marikit Holdings is claimed by third parties and not documented. BetWinner does not carry 1xBet's legal history, but its complaint record is the worst in the family.
The Arabic site is reached through betwinner.com/ar, which redirects to betwinner2.com/ar and geo-blocks some IP addresses. When it loaded for us it rendered a full Arabic interface with the sportsbook and casino navigation. Arabic support is on record: Casino Guru lists live chat in 31 languages including Arabic, around the clock, and AskGamblers agrees, which meets our standard of two independent sources. Casino Guru rates the quality of that support as average.
The reputation numbers need to be read in full. Casino Guru gives a Safety Index of 7.6, "Above average", but with 1,922 black points from 79 complaints, of which 55 were rejected, and three unfair clauses: one on bonus abuse, one on bonus hunting, and one stating that low-risk play may lead to winnings being confiscated. AskGamblers scores it 5.5 out of 10 and resolved 2 of 15 complaints, a 13% rate. Trustpilot sits at 1.2 out of 5 from 708 reviews, 92% of them one-star, with no warning banner. The themes are consistent: accounts restricted at the moment a withdrawal is requested, a security department that does not reply, repetitive document requests, and closures for unspecified terms violations. Casino Guru adds currency-conversion losses and ignored self-exclusion requests.

Every figure is third-party, from bonus trackers dated June to September 2026 and a July 2026 sports-media guide, because the casino's own bonus page did not render for us, so the bonus is not verified as advertised. No code is reported.
A four-deposit package at 35x in seven days is the same hard schedule as 1xBet's: a €200 first deposit with a €200 bonus means €7,000 of slot turnover inside a week. At a casino whose terms let it confiscate winnings for low-risk play, the bonus is also a liability, because any pattern of play the operator dislikes can be labelled abuse once a bonus is attached. If you use BetWinner at all, decline the casino bonus at the cashier. The sports offer at 5x on accumulators is the more realistic of the two. The live casino is the strongest product. Evolution supplies Lightning Roulette, Crazy Time, Infinite Blackjack and baccarat, and a live-casino directory lists Evolution's Arabic Roulette as a native table at BetWinner, which makes it one of four casinos on our list with a reported Arabic-hosted table. Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, Vivo Gaming, Lucky Streak and NetEnt Live fill out the lobby, with Asian studios such as SA Gaming and Asia Gaming alongside. Payments and currencies
Casino Guru's currency list includes AED, SAR, QAR, KWD, BHD and OMR alongside USD, EUR and more than 40 cryptocurrencies, and AskGamblers explicitly lists AED. That is the widest Gulf-currency support on our list alongside 1xBet's, with one exception: a Kuwait affiliate says KWD is unavailable and that the account currency is locked after the first deposit. The cashier is generic and, in the casino's own words, not every method is available in every country. Casino Guru lists 44 methods; the Gulf-relevant ones are:

AstroPay, Jeton, Sticpay and MuchBetter are not confirmed for this brand, which is a gap for Qatar and Kuwait. KNET, BenefitPay, Thawani, QPay, OmanNet and STC Pay never reach an offshore merchant.
Withdrawals
On paper the cashier is quick: AskGamblers puts e-wallets at zero to one hour and cards at one to seven days, with no weekend cashouts, and no withdrawal limit is stated by anyone. A live-casino directory gives a €1.50 minimum.
In practice the withdrawal is where BetWinner's record collapses. The single most common Trustpilot theme is an account restricted at the moment a withdrawal is requested, followed by repeated document requests and no reply from the security department. AskGamblers' 13% resolution rate means that when this happens, escalating through a mediator rarely helps. Casino Guru's unfair-clause flags describe the mechanism: the terms allow confiscation for bonus abuse, bonus hunting and low-risk play, and those labels are applied after the fact. If you deposit here, verify your identity before you place a bet, never accept a bonus, keep balances small, withdraw often and keep every transcript. Crypto is the route players report as smoothest, though it does not protect you from an account restriction.
Mobile and app
Android users can download an APK from BetWinner's own site; the app is not on Google Play. The iOS App Store listing exists only in a few African regions, and a Kuwait affiliate describes an iOS configuration profile plus a VPN as the workaround, which we do not recommend. The mobile page rendered no download links for us. The mobile site runs the sportsbook, casino and live tables in Safari and Chrome in Arabic without anything missing. Support and Arabic
This is BetWinner's genuine strength. The interface is fully Arabic, and live chat is available around the clock in 31 languages including Arabic, confirmed by Casino Guru and AskGamblers, with email and phone as alternatives. A Kuwait affiliate reports that Arabic chat works mid-conversation. Casino Guru rates the support quality as average, and the Trustpilot record makes clear that friendly chat does not translate into a responsive security department when a withdrawal is held. Is it good for players in the Gulf
- United Arab Emirates. Accepted per an August 2026 legal-countries list; AED accounts. UAE bank cards are often declined; Skrill, Neteller and USDT work. Minimum age 21. Not licensed by the GCGRA. See the UAE guide.

Verdict
BetWinner has the Gulf features we ask for: local currencies, Arabic chat, an Arabic roulette table and a fast cashier on paper. None of that survives contact with the complaint record. A Trustpilot score of 1.2 from 708 reviews, a 13% resolution rate at AskGamblers and three confiscation clauses flagged by Casino Guru describe a casino that pays until it decides not to, and the bonus we could not verify makes the decision easier to trigger. We list it because players ask about it. We do not recommend it, and if you use it anyway, treat every deposit as money you may not get back.
