The stated withdrawal terms at the Arabic 888 are among the better ones available to Gulf players, and the public evidence that they are honoured is close to nonexistent. Neither half of that sentence should be left out, so this page has both.
The operator's stated terms
| What the site states | |
|---|---|
| Identity verification | Up to 24 hours |
| Pending window | Up to 72 hours |
| Minimum withdrawal | AED 100 |
| Minimum by Inpay bank transfer | AED 800 |
| Monthly ceiling | AED 100,000 |
| Account currencies | AED, USD, EUR, GBP |
| Per-transaction and daily caps | Not confirmed |
| Withdrawal fees | Not confirmed |
The AED 100,000 monthly ceiling is unusually high for a Gulf-facing site and is one of the genuine reasons this operator ranks where it does in our full review. The two "not confirmed" rows stay empty rather than being filled from a comparison page.
Note also what the figures are denominated in. Limits are quoted in dirhams while the welcome bonus caps are quoted in dollars, so if your account is held in USD, EUR or GBP the effective minimum and ceiling depend on the rate applied. The dirham page covers what an AED wallet saves a UAE player.
Methods that can actually receive money from the Gulf
Being on the deposit screen does not make a method a payout method. Three filters apply: whether the casino sends to it, whether the rail can receive at all, and whether it works from your country.
- E-wallets — the reliable route. Skrill, Neteller and MuchBetter. These are the fastest way out once verification is behind you, and they are what most Gulf players end up using because cards are so often declined. Skrill and Neteller apply their own country restrictions, so confirm your account can be opened and funded from your market first.
- Inpay bank transfer. Named for withdrawals with the higher AED 800 minimum. Slowest option, and the one most likely to be queried or returned by a Gulf bank that recognises the sender.
- Cards. Visa and Mastercard can receive, but Gulf issuers decline gambling merchant codes routinely. As a rule, a card that could not deposit will not receive either, and settlement adds several days after the casino releases the money.
- Crypto. USDT and Bitcoin icons appear on the site, while one independent listing says crypto is not supported here at all. We mark it not confirmed. Ask support in writing before you plan a payout around it, and remember that legality varies: licensed in Bahrain and the UAE, tolerated in Oman, hostile in Qatar, prohibited by the central bank in Kuwait.
- Deposit-only. Apple Pay rides on a card and holds no balance, so it cannot receive. CashToCode is a voucher and works one way only. PayPal is displayed on the site but we have not confirmed it as a payout route.
Domestic rails — KNET, BenefitPay, Thawani, QPay and Fawran, OmanNet, STC Pay, local bank app transfers — settle only with local merchants. They cannot pay an offshore casino and an offshore casino cannot pay them. Any page listing them as withdrawal options is simply wrong.
Verification, and when to do it
Send these on the day you register, not the day you win:
- Photo ID. Passport, national ID or Emirates ID, all four corners in frame, no glare.
- Proof of address. Utility bill, tenancy contract or bank statement dated within the last three months, matching the name and address on the account.
- Proof of payment method. For a card, a photo of the front with the middle eight digits and the CVV covered. For an e-wallet, a screenshot showing your name and the wallet ID.
Every name must match the casino account exactly. That includes the transliteration of Arabic names, which is where a disproportionate share of Gulf verification failures actually originates — a passport reading Mohammed against a Skrill account reading Mohamed is enough to stall a payout. Fix the wallet before you deposit, not after.
The operator says identity checks take up to 24 hours. Spending that day at registration, when you have no balance waiting, is the single highest-value thing on this page.
The weekend, and when to request
This operator does not publish a weekend processing rule, so we will not invent one. What is unavoidable is the banking week around it. The weekend is Friday and Saturday in Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman, and Saturday and Sunday in the UAE.
For an e-wallet payout that hardly matters, because the wallet credits regardless of the day. For an Inpay transfer or a card it matters a great deal: a request made on a Thursday afternoon can clear the casino's 72-hour pending window and still find no bank open to settle it until the following week. If timing matters to you, request early in the working week and use an e-wallet.
Why withdrawals get rejected
- Name mismatch. The account holder, the ID and the payment method must be the same person. Paying out to a spouse's or a friend's wallet is refused everywhere, and often triggers an account review rather than a polite decline.
- Unverified or partly verified account. One missing document holds the entire request. This is the most common cause of a "delay" that is not really a delay.
- Wagering not complete. With an active bonus the balance is not yours until the requirement is met, and withdrawing early normally forfeits the bonus and anything won with it. The bonus code page works through what the 40x figure costs — and why that figure is itself not confirmed on the operator's own site.
- Deposit-only method. A payout request to Apple Pay or a voucher cannot be fulfilled.
- Over a limit. Above the monthly ceiling, or above per-transaction caps that are not published. Ask support how they want a large balance handled rather than firing off repeated requests, which looks worse than one conversation.
- Bonus terms breached. Maximum stake exceeded while a bonus was active, or excluded games played. This is checked at withdrawal rather than at the time, which is why players find out late. The public terms page was returning an error when we checked, so screenshot the cashier's own wording as your reference copy.
Most rejections are reversible. Correct the cause, re-request, and keep the chat transcript.
What the independent record says
Almost nothing, and that is the point worth taking away. We could not reach a Casino Guru, AskGamblers or Trustpilot listing for this operator at all. The one independent datapoint is a member rating of 2.7 out of 5 on LCB. There is no body of resolved complaints to reassure you and no body of unresolved ones to warn you.
Set against the caveats in the review — a Curaçao operator, Sunflower Seed B.V., trading under the 888 name with no confirmed trademark link to evoke plc, and four domains behind it — a thin record is not the same as a clean one. It means the protective behaviour is on you: verify at registration, keep the account in one name matching your documents, take the bonus only if you intend to clear it, withdraw in ordinary amounts rather than emptying a large balance at once, and keep written records of every exchange.
Decide your deposit limit before you play rather than your withdrawal target after; our responsible gambling page has the tools. The login guide covers checking you are on the operator's own domain before you request anything at all.
