Most casinos quote a withdrawal time. Haz quotes a waiting period first. Every request sits in pending for 48 to 96 hours before the operator releases it, and only then does the clock you would normally think of as "withdrawal time" start. Two to four days is long by Gulf standards, and it is the stage where the complaints on Haz's Trustpilot page happen. Both facts lead this page because both decide what cashing out here feels like.
The operator's stated terms
| What Haz states | |
|---|---|
| Pending window | 48 to 96 hours |
| E-wallets, cards and crypto after approval | Within 24 hours |
| Bank transfer after approval | Up to 4 business days |
| Minimum withdrawal | €30 (€100 for Bitcoin) |
| Monthly ceiling | €20,000 |
| Daily and weekly caps | Not confirmed |
| Weekend processing | Not published |
| Account currencies | EUR, USD, AED, crypto |
These are the figures on record. Haz's own site returned an HTTP 403 error to our requests, so read the cashier before your first request.
What the hold means in practice
Add the two stages together and the realistic range looks like this:
| Method | Pending | After approval | Total before your provider adds time |
|---|---|---|---|
| E-wallet | 48–96 hours | Up to 24 hours | 2 to 5 days |
| USDT and other crypto | 48–96 hours | Up to 24 hours | 2 to 5 days |
| Card | 48–96 hours | Up to 24 hours | 2 to 5 days, then your issuer's settlement days |
| Bank transfer | 48–96 hours | Up to 4 business days | Roughly 2 to 10 calendar days |
Now put a Gulf week around it. Say you request a payout late on a Thursday in Kuwait. If the full 96 hours run, the request is released on Monday evening. An e-wallet could credit on Tuesday. A bank transfer then needs up to 4 business days, and with a Friday and Saturday weekend in Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman, or Saturday and Sunday in the UAE, that can run to the following Sunday. A Thursday win becomes a ten-day wait. Whether Haz counts pending hours across weekends is not published.
Two practical rules follow. Use an e-wallet or USDT, because they turn a ten-day worst case into a five-day one. And treat the pending window as locked money. Some casinos let you cancel a pending request and return it to your balance; whether Haz does is not published, but if a cancel button appears during those four days, the hold is exactly when it tempts you to play the money back.
Which of Haz's methods can receive a payout
Haz's cashier is one of the broadest we cover, with twelve methods listed. Not all of them can receive money.
- E-wallets, the realistic route. Skrill, Neteller, Payz, MiFinity and Jeton. Each applies its own country rules, so confirm yours can be opened and funded from your market.
- Crypto. USDT settles fast. Bitcoin carries the higher €100 minimum. Crypto is licensed in Bahrain and the UAE, tolerated in Oman, hostile in Qatar and prohibited by the central bank in Kuwait.
- AstroPay. AstroPay is widely used for deposits from Qatar and Kuwait. Whether Haz pays out to it is not confirmed; check the withdrawal tab before you rely on it.
- Cards. Visa and Mastercard payouts are paid within 24 hours after approval, then your issuer adds its own days. Gulf issuers decline gambling merchant codes routinely.
- Bank transfer. Bank transfer is the slowest option, and the most likely to be queried by a Gulf bank that recognises the sender.
- Deposit-only. Paysafecard is a voucher and cannot receive. Apple Pay and Google Pay wrap a card, so the payout falls back to that card.
KNET, BenefitPay, Thawani, QPay, Fawran and OmanNet settle only with local merchants and never reach an offshore casino. Limits are quoted in euros, so on an AED account the €30 minimum and €20,000 ceiling depend on the rate applied; the dirham page explains the spread.
Verify before the hold, not during it
Send these the day you register:
- Photo ID. Passport, national ID or Emirates ID, all four corners visible.
- Proof of address. A utility bill, tenancy contract or bank statement from the last three months.
- Proof of payment method. A card photo with the middle digits and CVV covered, or an e-wallet screenshot showing your name.
Names must match exactly, including the transliteration of Arabic names. An unverified account does not wait 96 hours; it waits until documents arrive, and then the hold starts.
Why Haz payouts stall or shrink
- The bonus cap. Welcome bonus winnings are capped at 5x the bonus. On a $300 bonus, the most it can pay is $1,500. The bonus code page works through the numbers.
- Wagering not finished. The 5x deposit wagering must be complete before withdrawal.
- Name mismatch. Paying out to anyone else's wallet or card is refused.
- Deposit-only method. A payout to Paysafecard cannot be fulfilled.
- Over the ceiling. Above €20,000 in a month, the excess waits. Withdraw in ordinary amounts across months rather than one large request.
- Bonus terms breached. Stakes above the bonus maximum or excluded games, checked at withdrawal rather than at the time.
The record, and where to go instead
Casino Guru gives Haz a Safety Index of 7.3, "Above average", with no blacklisting, and AskGamblers 7 out of 10 from 8 reviews with 3 complaints. Trustpilot gives 1.8 out of 5 from 20 reviews, 90% one star, and the themes repeat: withheld withdrawals, max-cashout terms players call hidden, and accounts frozen after wins. Twenty reviews is a small sample, but the pattern is specific. The full review weighs it against the product, and the login guide covers what to do if your account is frozen. Set a deposit limit first; our responsible gambling page has the tools.
If a four-day hold is the dealbreaker, the comparison is direct. YYY Casino quotes 0 to 72 hours with e-wallets usually inside an hour, though it pays nothing at weekends and AskGamblers has blacklisted it. 888 Casino Arabic states a pending window of up to 72 hours and a monthly ceiling of AED 100,000, with a thin independent record. Neither is spotless; both release money faster than Haz says it will.
