The catch is not in the numbers. It is that Royals launched in 2024, so nobody can yet show you a long record of those numbers being met. The monthly ceiling is generous for a brand launched in 2024, and the cashier logic is shared with its sister 888 Casino Arabic, which runs under the same operator and licence. The "not published" rows stay blank rather than being filled from a comparison site.
Your first withdrawal, step by step
- Verify on day one. Upload ID, proof of address and payment proof at registration. The 3-business-day check then runs while you have nothing waiting.

Which methods can receive a payout
A method on the deposit screen is not automatically a payout method.
- E-wallets. Skrill, Neteller and MuchBetter. The fastest route, and the one we would plan around. Skrill and Neteller apply their own country rules, so check your account works from your market first.

- Cards. Visa and Mastercard are on the cashier, but Royals publishes no card payout time. Gulf issuers routinely decline gambling transactions, and a card that could not deposit rarely receives.

Verification and the business-day clock
Send three documents: photo ID (passport, national ID or Emirates ID, all four corners, no glare), proof of address dated within three months, and proof of the payment method with the middle card digits covered or an e-wallet screenshot showing your name.
Names must match exactly across the casino account, the ID and the wallet, including how an Arabic name is transliterated. A passport reading Mohammed against a Skrill account reading Mohamed is enough to stall a payout.

Why withdrawals get rejected
- Name mismatch between the account, the ID and the payment method. Paying out to a relative's wallet is refused.
- Incomplete verification. One missing document holds the whole request.
- Wagering not finished on an active bonus, or a maximum-stake rule broken while it was running. Both are checked at withdrawal, not at the time.
- Deposit-only method, such as a Voucherry voucher.
- Above a limit. Over €30,000 in a month, or over a cap Royals does not publish. Ask support how to split a large balance rather than firing off repeated requests.

What the record says
Very little, and that is the finding. Casino Guru marks Royals "Fresh" at 6.9, its label for casinos too new to judge. LCB and Wizard of Odds both give 2.7 out of 5 and neither endorses it. We could not confirm an AskGamblers rating, and Trustpilot has no page. There is no pile of unresolved complaints, and no track record of payouts either.
